Non-GMO natural tapioca starch,under acidity conditions and heating decomposition can get low molecular weight soluble glucan.White or light yellow powder(syrup),can be soluble in water.It can lower blood sugar and regulate blood lipids,contribute to intestinal health and weight control.
Non-GMO natural corn starch, be heated and decomposed under acid condition to get low molecule soluble dextran (2000Dal), also called resistant dextrin. Milky white powder, soluble in water with visible and clear water solution, lightly sweet, easy for manufacturing, have no effect to food's original flavor, high stability, suit for various food. Named as FOSHU by Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (MHLW) in Japan Proved by many scientific researches with excellent physiological effect, can promote mineral's absorption. It is the dietary fiber source of almost all food and health food in Japan, and has been widely used in many famous health food in the world.
